We use C2D1 Memory module Memory on the CS1G and the unit number is 4, set 4~20mA input and output current signal, but why it cannot modify the output data in the memory ? Not even with the MOV comman

If the wr address is right or not? you should set the current value of the output in CIO 2041 and 2042.
