Upper PC computer program control PLC

We have ace USB-SC-09 that USB-SC-09 we want to use to control the PLC with an upper PC program, but how can the routine in the letter manual fail to meet the requirements?
For example: manual jy997d19701d.pdf on page D-58. example 2, PC machine send 0530304646525330 4331, but serial port receive 15 (NAK)

The first received by the serial port is ACK (06), and then there are several NAK (15).
The hardware is directly connected to the PLC and notebook with USB-SC-09. The internal registers of PLC are all initialized and not set. What are some of the settings to be set?

The above code needs to be done with the PLC extended 232 or 485 communication interface and cannot be done with the 422 programming port.
